We recently had the pleasure to train 9 students in plant imaging techniques.
This PhD student course comprises practical sessions and demonstrations of techniques used for laser confocal scanning microscopy imaging and analyses. It is designed to give an overview of experimental techniques, sample preparations, histology, basic fluorescence microscopy to confocal microscopy. The course is designed for 9 participants, divided into three groups for practical sessions at different stations, which last ca. 1 hour 20 min each.
