In Situ Hybridization (ISH)

In Situ Hybridization (ISH)

September 4, 2023

We are now extending our methods for in situ hybridisation (ISH) of oligonucleotides.

We perform both chromogen ISH (CISH) and fluorescence ISH (FISH) visualisation of oligonucleotides, of mRNA expression or oligonucleotide tagged target molecules.

Analyses of the ISH labelling are performed via high sensitive detection and resolution at cellular levels and via quantitation of whole sections.

CISH labelling (brown dots) in a FFPE tissue section visualised with a standard bright-field microscope.

FISH labelling (red, low magnification) in a frozen tissue section using fluorescence conjugated probes, visualised with confocal microscopy.
